By reserving a hotel room through Newark Pride, Inc.'s discounted room block at the Robert Treat Hotel, guests acknowledge that Newark Pride, Inc. serves solely as a facilitator of the discounted rate and is not the owner, operator, or manager of the hotel. Newark Pride, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall be held harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, thefts, accidents, or death arising from or related to a guest's stay.

Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (Noon). Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card at check-in. A credit card authorization or security deposit may be required by the hotel. Guests are responsible for all room charges, incidental expenses, parking fees, and applicable taxes.
